Mon 5/24 - Fri 5/28 I will lead a 30-Minute Practice on Zoom at 11 am EST (8 am PST). The recording will be emailed out afterward. Here's the daily workout if you prefer to lead yourself through the practice. -Sun Salutation A x 5 -Sun Salutation B x 5 -2 sets of 25 pushups (or 2 max sets). Use knees if needed. -2 sets of 50 squats (Or 2 max sets). Only go deep as is comfortable for your knees & back. -2 Minute Forearm Plank (Break it into short increments if needed) -Stretch This is the week leading into Memorial Day Weekend...i.e. the unofficial start to the summer!!! What better time to freshen up your regular routine, get some new ideas, and stay in shape. This Express Power Yoga workout is fast enough to squeeze in over your lunch break. It’s simple enough to do from home, a park, or almost anywhere. Free to all members of Peter Lyons Yoga. $40 Investment for non-members. If you want things to change, you have to make a change.
